How we protect the certified brand
To protect the integrity of "RSHPP Certified," strict quality assurance measures are enforced at every tier. The standard is the standard.
Mandatory Inspections
Advancement to Tier 2 requires a successful on-site or virtual (photo/video documented) inspection of a completed project by an RSHPP representative or approved third party.
Performance Verification
Advancement to Tier 3 requires third-party verification of building performance — HERS rating or blower door test results demonstrating < 2.0 ACH50.
Continuing Education
To maintain certification status, builders complete annual refresher courses or attend webinars covering new product updates and evolving installation techniques.
Revocation Policy
RSHPP reserves the right to revoke certification status if a builder consistently fails to meet installation standards, receives poor customer reviews, or violates the partnership agreement.
